The fellow past away the last part of April and family did not want to remove his stuff from the property so I’m doing it legally.
The Deputy has come over to inspect the boat and trailer and getting me the Junk Vehicle Affidavit on them so I can remove the boat and trailer from the property legally.
Go online and read about the Junk Vehicle Affidavit so you know how it works.
If you want this free boat and trailer, we will have to wait till the deputy brings the legal papers over to me.
I do not think he will get the registered owners name on the boat or trailer.
There is a WN Number on the boat that has been taken off by being old weathered and came off.
The boat has a VIN Number but it is barely readable and may not be able to decipher the numbers. The three of us tried to get the numbers and guessing at some of them.
He will give me a Junk Vehicle Affidavit on both of them and this will get you into the WSP in Wenatchee to get it inspected and most likely, they will put a new VIN Number on it to get it titled. Check with them on this.
