Free 32’ trailer (Chelan falls)

I’m also moving the 16 ft 5th wheel trailer off where it sits now to another property.
They are both available for free.
The 32 ft trailer looks like it has a 8” I-
Beam frame under it.
You can build a 8 X 32 mini home on it out of 2x4 and put a roof , doors, windows and Live in it.
Picture is the last one in photo’s.
I had to strap the back tip out bottom up because it was around 6" hanging loose, then I ran the two straps over the trailer and connected it to the frame on the passenger side.
Once you tip the tip out into the trailer for towing, you will have to strap the tip out bottom tight against the bottom of the tip out.
You can re-purpose the trailer frames into a flat bed trailer or build a mini home on it.
There is a guy said that he would like to come see the trailer for the frame to see if he can make it into a boat trailer.
The guy came and wrote down dimensions and said would see what he can do to adapt the trailer frame into a boat trailer.
I went into the trailer for the first time today because I wanted to put the tip-out in the trailer to prepare to move it.
The front living room floor had plywood panels screwed down to the floor that prevented me from tipping them in.
They would have to be unscrewed and moved to clear the hinge to tip them in tor towing.
I found out the guy in Manson towed it to Chelan with the tip outs out as you see them in the pictures.
I aired the tires up and the flat one in the picture held for 3 hours while
I prepped the trailer to move it off the blocks it was on and aired it up again when I towed it.
It held air and went down half way in 3 hours.
You would need to put a tube in or put another tire on if you tow it far.
Or bring some spare tires to make the trip to where you are going to take it.

Tire size on it now are 8.55 X 15ST which converts to 225-75-15ST tires.
These 10 ply tires have a load limit of 2830 lbs per tire.
The 8 ply will carry 2540 lbs each. With a GVW of 11,160 lb.
The trailer with 10 ply would have a GVW of 11,320 GVW.
I didn’t find 6 ply on the list for trailer tires.
Most likely the axels are 3,500 eack X 2 is 7,000 GVW that the trailer will hold.
The trailer needs to be removed from property.
Comes with legal papers and bill is sale.
You will have to provide your own vehicle to tow it off the property.
