Homecare Heroes Construction is hiring a Project Manager to help run our residential builds — custom homes, ADUs, and renovations across the Wenatchee Valley. This is a salaried, career-track position with full benefits, a company truck, and direct mentorship from ownership. 2-5 years PM experience required — we willing to train the right person as well for future PM position.

What You'll Do
• Oversee 4-5 residential construction projects at the same time
• Build schedules and milestone dates with management
• Track vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors — call for bids, send bids out
• Coordinate material deliveries with the site foreman and subs
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, team, and trades
• Lead client selection meetings and track project costs in company CRM
• Document everything in Word, Excel, and (if you know it) Bluebeam or Adobe
• Walk bids with the sales team and help build estimates
• Deliver the kind of customer experience that gets us referred
Work Schedule
• Monday – Friday 6:30am – 2:30pm
• Up to 8 hours per week available for work from home.
What You Bring
• Some project management experience (residential construction experience required)
• Solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Adobe or Bluebeam knowledge is a bonus
• Reliable transportation (or ability to drive a company truck)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willing to travel up to 15 miles outside the Valley as needed
• Professional, coachable, and hungry to grow
