Resort Maintenance Services is currently seeking an experienced Handyman/Field Tech in Cle Elum, WA. Ideal candidate should be able to perform tasks and have general construction/handyman knowledge including:
• Framing
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Drywall
• Paint/stain
• General electrical knowledge
• Appliance repair ability a plus
• Spa Service a plus
Candidate must also have a valid driver’s license, and the ability to bend, stand, climb, kneel, and twist throughout the day.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Pay: DOE
Responsibilities:
Coordinate & complete daily tasks and subcontractor activities
Track job progress, materials, and equipment
Communicate with the General Manager, clients, and team members
Complete projects on-time and within budget
Utilize BuilderTrend for documentation and communication (preferred)
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a repair, handyman, or construction supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
General computer skills
BuilderTrend experience is a plus, not required
