We have a 1,200 square foot house located in beautiful southern New Mexico where the sun shines year around it’s around 19 years old and it’s ran off wind and solar so no bills it’s pretty secluded and it has a large barn and garage with tack room all on 40 acres we are looking to trade for a place in the Pacific Northwest where we can have horses and prefer to be secluded if anyone is interested in trades contact me for more information.
