I have extensive experience in carpentry, property management and, landscape design.
15 years carpentry (framing, siding, roofing, finish work.)
Probably 8 years of finish work, floor installation, trim etc. ( I can frame the deck under your floor, install the flooring and then also maintain the floor for the duration of it's life, properly.)
Doors, toilet installations, need a faucet changed? I can do that.
I just left a Maintenance Directorship at a 100 bed medical facility, know all the codes involved to keep a facility in compliance with state and local officials, and frankly love to work. I really enjoy fixing things and have for decades.
I have references from every trade I have worked and some from ones I haven't.
