Hello, my names Os I’m 24. Years old my lease is about to end and would like to rent out a room or studio out in Seattle area only max rent I’m willing to pay is 1400 with utilities included I work as a carpenter in Seattle I have proof of job work and pay stubs only down side is my credit being off due to past relationship downside overall I’m a quite and clean person who likes the gym and going out on weekends also looking for a place to be able to have guest over once in a while income is about 4k a month I’m just really in need of help of finding a room or a place I don’t have co-signers I moved out here on my own just got a bit ruined on credit.
