I would consider a smaller trailer (16 to 24') as partial or full trade.
I have owned this trailer for 3 years and have not used it. It is too big for me.
I did hook it up and check all systems and everything works, currently winterized.
I bought it off the children of the original owners.
The old couple who bought it new in 2006, built an RV port (see picture) when they originally got it and it sat under cover its entire life except for two trips, I'm told. After that the man got sick and died and last year the wife died and it never got used. The children sold it to me. I thought I would use it but it is too huge for me. Note: the interior pictures are with the slides in, there is quite a bit of space when out.
This is the top of the line Holiday Rambler of the time. The framing is aluminum and all the siding is riveted aluminum like airstream. It will never delaminate like fiberglass siding. Even the sides and top of the slides are aluminum. It has the typical layout with a queen bed, stand up shower, separate toilet room, kitchen, dining area, couch, desk and two plush chairs.
I would consider selling the truck as well, it has a new 5th wheel hitch and trailer brakes, 2006 Ford F-350 XLT super cab powerstroke diesel, auto with only 60,000 original miles, well maintained $27,000 firm, excellent condition. This is the last year before the DEF and exhaust filters became mandatory, also the last year and the best year of the 6.0 powerstoke which is the most fuel efficient powerstroke getting 20mpg. It also has known shortcomings but there is a huge aftermarket of fixes that make them last a long time. This one is pure stock, all original.
Everything works in the trailer and it is quite well preserved. Notice the last picture is where I bought it from. It spent its entire life under that cover. The roof has not seen much sun. Has lots of life left in it. The whole trailer has lots of life left in it.
I'm in Chelan.
