Just completed over 6000 mile trip from Alaska to here. It is ready TODAY for the next 6000 miles!
It is an older motorhome, but in great shape for the age, fully functional, very comfortable, easy to drive.

*New main bed Mattress. These are not cheap.
*Propane Cookstove and oven work perfectly (newish)
*Propane Space heater works perfectly
*Water heater works perfectly (newish)
*40 gallon freshwater tank, automatic pressure pump, city water connection, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, bathtub and shower, all work perfectly.

*Sinks and shower drain to greywater tank, dumps with separate valve perfectly.
*Shore-power connection, battery charger, house battery, and starting battery are all great
*4kw Onan Generator works perfectly, starts with inside switch even in winter.
*Awning is awesome.
*Automotive seat through-bolted in to hold a baby car seat. (one swivel chair was removed)
*Excellent built-in baby crib with sliding panel, added over the bathtub. This removes in seconds, takes standard baby mattress.
*Leveling jacks added in the rear. Comes with wheel chocks.
*All windows, screens, vents, and bathroom ventilator work.
*Engine is 460 cubic inch carbureted. Starts in dead of winter. She goes fast on the highways. Does not burn much oil. Running 100% synthetic with Prolong additive.
*Brakes: new: Pads, Master Cylinder, Rear Wheel Cylinders. Brakes are great.
*Radiator and coolant side EXHAUSTIVELY flushed out until clean. Cools great, uphill in 100-degree weather. New thermostat and hose.
*New spark plugs, wires, and rotor.
*New 10 year smoke/CO detector
*2 new fire extinguishers
*Roof rack and ladder
*Clear title, Alaska registration.
*All that does not work is the Refrigerator, Rooftop Air Conditioner, Engine Air Conditioner, and the microwave. The engine AC may just need a coolant recharge.
