β’ Build roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial construction
β’ Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and automated manufacturing equipment
β’ Read production layouts and work orders
β’ Measure, position, and secure materials accurately
β’ Work in a fast-paced team manufacturing environment
β’ Keep work areas clean and organized
β’ Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
Louws Truss is hiring Production Team Members to join our truss manufacturing facility in Burlington, WA. We build structural wood components used in residential and commercial construction throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused individuals interested in working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
