Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Workers to join our team in building new homes and full home renovations. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow in the industry. While this is not an entry level role, candidates with a residential building background are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction projects, including building homes and decks.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Work both independently and with subcontractors.
- Engage with clients professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Lift and carry materials weighing over 50 lbs.
- Travel to different job sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable Transportation (Truck preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and social skills.
- 2 years experience in construction
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Flexibility with work schedules.
- Ability to work from 7AM to 5PM, with 40 -50 hours of work guaranteed weekly.
