Bailey’s Pro Landscaping is growing and looking to add another skilled Landscape Crew Leader to our team.

Pay: $30–$40/hr DOE

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to help lead installation crews through a variety of landscape, irrigation, hardscape, and outdoor construction projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, can lead from the front, and wants to grow with a professional landscape installation company.
Responsibilities
Help lead landscape and irrigation installation projects
Install plants, trees, decorative rock, bark, retaining walls, and other landscape materials
Install and repair irrigation systems
Install pavers and hardscape features
Operate equipment including mini excavators and Bobcat track machines
Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs when needed
Read and follow landscape design plans
Keep jobsites clean, safe, organized, and productive
Communicate clearly with crew members, management, and clients as needed
Requirements
3+ years of landscape installation experience
Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of irrigation systems and general landscape construction
Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment
Valid driver’s license
Good communication and crew management skills
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Bilingual English/Spanish
