Markham Group, LLC is seeking a professional licensed framing subcontractor for upcoming residential projects throughout Central Washington, including Lake Chelan and surrounding communities.
We specialize in high-end custom homes and thoughtfully designed remodels and are looking to partner with framers who take pride in quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism.
Requirements:
• Current Washington State Contractor’s License
• Must be licensed, bonded, and insured
• General Liability Insurance (certificate required)
• Workers’ Compensation coverage
• W-9 and required documentation
• Experience framing custom residential homes
• Ability to read and execute plans accurately
• Reliable scheduling and strong communication
Project Scope:
• Custom home framing
• Structural framing
• Additions and remodel framing
• High-end residential builds in mountain and lake environments
