What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing residential construction projects
• Ability to coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and budgets
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments
• Construction and project management experience preferred
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing projects from pre-construction through completion
• Scheduling subcontractors and deliveries
• Coordinating with clients, designers, and vendors
• Maintaining project timelines and budgets
• Ensuring quality control and jobsite organization
• Providing clear communication and leadership throughout the project
