I am looking to hire a house cleaner that can clean my home once a week or every other week. Located in East Wenatchee. Home is 4 bedroom 3500 sq feet.
I do not want to work with a company with multiple cleaners on staff. I would like to hire an indvidual that I can work with one on one. Must be able to pass a background check and references are a plus. $25/hour. I will supply all cleaning supplies and vacuum/mops.
Here is a list of the work I want done.
Once a week or bi-weekly:
• Wash all the sheets and make bed in the Master Bedroom
• Wash sheets and make the beds in the other three bedrooms as needed
• Wipe down leather furniture in living room and office
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces in the living room
• Wipe down the front of all kitchen appliances
• Wipe down all cabinets in the kitchen, including island and butler pantry
• Clean inside of the microwave
• Clean shower tile
• Clean shower glass doors in all bathrooms
• Dust fan in master bedroom and guest room
• Vacuum and mop all floors
• Wipe down and clean all kitchen surfaces
• Clean inside of the sink with comet
• Unload and load dishwasher (as needed)
• Wipe down and clean all bathroom surfaces (Mirrors, sinks, toilets and countertops)
• Towels put away in respective bathrooms
• Take out all garbage and recycling
Once Monthly:
• Wash all windows and sliding glass doors inside only
• Wipe down all baseboards in the house, including the kitchen and bathrooms
• Vacuum and wipe down all the surfaces in the laundry room
• Wash cushions on the fireplace bench
• Wash outdoor cushions (spring + summer only)
• Clean inside of the fridge
• Wipe down glass inside and out on the wine fridge and beverage fridge
• Sweep patio and front porch (weather permitting)
