Responsibilities may include:
• Residential remodeling and new construction
• Demolition and site preparation
• Framing and structural carpentry
• Finish and trim carpentry
• Punch list and warranty work
• Jobsite organization and cleanup
• Material handling and deliveries
• Assisting lead carpenters and project managers as needed

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of residential construction or remodeling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials
• Ability to work safely in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Proof of work authorization required
