Male and female alpaca pair. These were raised by an elderly couple but they don’t feel like they can care for them any longer. The male is about 5 and the female is about 7. They can continue to have babies throughout their lifespan which is 15-20 years. They are a little shy and need to be worked with. They have wonderful wool for spinning and the leanest red meat. They are often used for meat in Peru. The meat is like a cross between beef and elk.
