Perineal Comfrey is a wonderful, easy to grow plant with multiple uses in the garden: as green manure, "chop and drop" in garden beds, fertilizer tea using leaf cuttings, compost addition, mulch, beneficial attractant and animal forage. As beautiful as it is functional. this "Bocking #14" variety is non-invasive, as its seeds do not self-sow. Plants grow quickly and can produce enough foliage for several cuttings throughout the growing season, and over years can be divided for additional plantings.
