What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Service: Guide guests through our extensive steak and seafood menus, offering detailed descriptions, preparation methods, and curated wine pairings.
Manage the Dining Experience: Take accurate orders, check in on tables and anticipate guest needs before they even have to ask.
Maintain Table Aesthetics: Ensure proper table settings for multi-course meals, including specialized steak knives and seafood utensils.
Collaborate: Work closely with the kitchen staff and b
Staff to ensure seamless timing and presentation of all dishes.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of serving experience (fine dining or upscale steakhouse experience is a major plus).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine, spirits, and premium cuts of meat (or a high willingness to learn).
Skills: Exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a sharp eye for detail under pressure. Team player, no drama, flexibility, and willing to work hard with a professional attitude.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
