I purchased this Van 5 years ago from the Yakima Fire Department with a broken speedometer/odometer. The Chief, at the time, told me it just turned over 50,000 miles and I believed him. He also told me that there were some electrical issues with the cruise control and I believed him. I didn't care because I was going to use the Van for local hauling of tree limbs and branches from my property to the dump. The A/C needs charging and the two three row seats (in excellent condition) are in storage in my garage. The very good thing about this Van is the engine/transmission and drive gear which are excellent. It starts and stops as it should. I have never had to add oil or perform any repairs. I estimate that I have driven it less than 10,000 miles during my ownership. I have added new wheels and tires which appear new and probably have less than 1,000 miles. So, if you believe me, you might purchase the lowest mileage old Ford Van in the state. The Van still has the faded Van Stickers from the time it was used to transport people to fire training classes. This Van has the proven 5.0 L V8 and gets very reasonable gas mileage for a large van.
