INTERVIEWING WEEK OF FEB 1 START DATE WILL BE MID FEBRUARY 2026
**Overview:**
The Program Monitor is responsible for ensuring that all guests, visitors, donors, and volunteers at WRM are met with professionalism before check-in and receive assistance with any needs during their stay. The Program Monitor must ensure that all residents follow WRM rules at all times.
**Duties:**
- Ensure that all residents on WRM property adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Control access to the property by signing visitors in on the visitor log as necessary.
- Report any suspicious incidents to management in detail.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business building and perimeter.
- Perform intake for individuals seeking shelter after hours.
- Report any safety-related issues to management immediately.
- Write and maintain a nightly activity log.
- Ensure that all guests wear their name tags while on the property.
- Walk the grounds to ensure all doors are secured.
- Notify management of any emergencies occurring during a shift.
- Respond to onsite emergencies and assist first responders as needed.
- Ensure that nightly bed counts are accurate and up to date.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with residents, staff, visitors, and donors.
- Strong understanding of WRM policies and procedures.
- Ability to think on your feet and respond appropriately.
- Keen observational skills to detect any suspicious activity.
- Ability to act with integrity and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Capability to operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, handheld radios, and other job-related tools.
- First aid or CPR certification is preferred.
