PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer service and greet visitors
• Assisting customers with small parts purchases or fabrication requests
• Receive and field phone calls, scheduling jobs via Service Titan and responding to emails.
• Provide basic troubleshooting to customers
• Maintain office area upkeep including requesting supplies as needed
• Filing and maintenance of Accounts Payable
• Monitoring work order completion and follow ups
• File packing slips by Purchase Order name in install job folders or Accounts Payable
• Assisting with general filing and follow up as needed
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Equipment registration and relevant data collection • Rebate and PUD Ductless Heat Pump application processing
• Retrieve order, scheduling, or equipment updates utilizing any tools available as requested
• Assist with year end Inventory
• Acts as backup dispatcher as needed
• Assisting the Controller and install department as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
