Behmor Brazen plus coffee maker. I did a lot of research a few years ago to find the best automated coffee maker and this is the one I landed on. It is infinitely customizable with tons of different settings for specific temperatures, pre soak, etc…
I simply don’t use it anymore because my wife stopped drinking coffee and I can’t justify making just 1-2 cups with a big machine… so I switched to pour over and this amazing machine just sits on a shelf in perfect condition..
Retail price is around $200…
