There is no tolerance for drug use or being mentally altered on this property, so please don't pursue this if you can't manage yourself. The space is rustic but has options that can be discussed. This would only be a seasonal arrangement and would need to end by October at the latest.
Work hours would be in the neighborhood of 12 - 14 hours weekly, depending on skills.
Work could range from landscaping and property upkeep to light mechanical. Assistance with light construction, painting, or other projects may also be needed.
The property is about 5 minutes out of town, so having your own transportation is necessary.
