Very Nice 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bathroom apartment for rent in a 4-plex building conveniently located on S. Mission. Approximately 1000 square feet with an open floor plan. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, along with a master suite upstairs consisting of a 3/4 bath and large walk in closet.
This apartment is completely revamped. Including new appliances: dishwasher, stove/range, refrigerator, washer & dryer, new doors and light fixtures throughout. Also, new carpet throughout, as well as new vinyl flooring entry way, hall, kitchen, and bathrooms. It also has new paint throughout. There is a two car covered carport included with the apartment. Water, sewer and garbage are included with rent. The carport includes a locked storage room along with the laundry room. The apartment is rented on a month-to-month tenancy with no lease required, however, a stay of less than 6 months will forfeit the entire damage deposit. The damage deposit is $1100, $300 of which is nonrefundable for cleaning. Applicants are subject to credit check, criminal history check, employment/income verification and prior landlord inquiry. The application fee is $49 per adult who will reside in the apartment. No pets or smoking. Please email with your phone number for further inquiry. Select Criteria include:
1. NO PETS/ NO SMOKING
2. The gross monthly income must equal three times the monthly rent per household.
3. Applicants must be continuously employed for 12 months immediately preceding application and have been employed with the current employer for at least 6 months. Applicants new to the area need to have been employed with their most recent employer for 6 months.
4. Any negative credit history is grounds for denial of an application. Additionally, all contracted debts, including rent, cannot exceed 50% of gross income.
5. Any negative rental history is grounds for the denial of an application.
6. Applicants with certain criminal convictions in the last five years will not be accepted.
7. The minimum age for tenants signing the Rental Agreement is 20 years...
