I'm college educated, a foreman for an electrical contractor and an instructor in our electrical apprenticeship program. I'm very respectful (I have references from Mom). I don't smoke, do drugs or have pets and only drink socially. The job at REC requires 60-70 hours a week so I won't be at your home often. I need a place to eat, shower, do laundry and sleep. The job will last 6-8 months but I could leave anytime (depending on how things go with you and the job)so I'll need to rent month to month. My wife will want to visit me once or twice a month (she loves me so)and I ask that she be allowed to stay with me in your home on those occasions. She is intelligent, respectful and drama free. I will have no other guests. As for the rest of it...your house, your rules. Let me know what they might be.

We own rentals in the Boise area so you can imagine the stories I can tell you. We would never damage someones property and rent will be paid early without you having to ask for it. I'm also very handy around a house. Not much I can't fix.

Rent is negotiable based on size of room, furnishing provided, private bathroom, internet and cable hookup, covered parking and any other benefits you provide. If you can send pictures, it's a plus.
